What We Look For
We're looking for educators with a genuine heart for early childhood education and a real love for children. The right fit brings patience, creativity, and strong communication skills to the classroom every day, along with a personal alignment with our Christian values and mission. You don't need to have it all figured out, you just need a willingness to learn, grow, and show up for the children in your care.
CPR/First Aid certification is important, and if you don't have it yet, we're happy to support you in obtaining it. Above all, we're looking for a team player who thrives in a nurturing, faith-driven environment and shows up ready to pour into every child in their care, day after day.
